Bestatin is a specific and reversible inhibitor of aminopeptidase, including aminopeptidase B, triamino peptidase, and leucine aminopeptidase. It does not inhibit aminopeptidase A, trypsin, chymotrypsin, papain, pepsin and thermolysin. Typical working concentration is 1 µM.
