Product Description

This buffer is optimized to keep UbE1, E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes and E3 ubiquitin ligases stable under room termperature for up to 4 hours. MgCl2 is included in the buffer. Addition of ATP (Catalog T1501) is required for activation of UbE1 to initiate a ubiquitination reaction. Reactions with all components but ATP can serve as the negative reaction (background).
