Recombinant protein corresponding to human 4-1 BB Receptor expressed in E coli.
Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA (Sandwich): 0.5-2ug/ml using 100ul/well (antibody solution). In conjunction with Biotinylated anti-human 4-1 BB Receptor (0004-02A) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant human 4-1 BB Receptor. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant human 4-1 BB Receptor is 1.5-3ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
