BCMA is a receptor for BAFF and APRIL. It promotes B cell survival and plays a role in the regulation of humoral immunity. Its downstream signaling is dependent on NF-kappaB and JNK. Human, mouse, HEK 293 cells. The extracellular domain of mouse BCMA (aa1-46) is fused at theC-terminus to the Flow Cytometry portion of human IgG1. Biological Activity: Blocks the binding of mouse BAFF and human APRIL to their receptors BCMA and TACI. Specificity: Binds mouse and human BAFF and APRIL. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
