SpCas9(H840A)-NLS is a catalytic mutant of Cas9 that contains a nuclear localization sequence for optimal activity. Full length recombinant S. pyogenes SpCas9(H840A)-NLS (conserved hypothetical protein), fused to a C-terminal His-Tag, expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~160kD Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
