Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to Asn1543~Cys1759 from human Laminin Beta 4, fused to HisTag at N-terminal, expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~28.0kD Applications: Suitable for use as a positive control, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
