Recombinant protein corresponding to Ile331~Gln558 from human Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase, Non Receptor Type 5, with a N-terminal His-Tag, expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~29.8kD Applications: Suitable for use as a positive control, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
