Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to Tyr27~Leu121 from mouse Natriuretic Peptide Precursor B, fused to His-Tag & GST-Tag at N-terminal, expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~40.8kD Applications: Suitable for use as a positive control, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Supplied as a lyophilized powder in100mMNaHCO3, 500mM sodium chloride, pH8.3, 0.01% SKL, 5% Trehalose. Reconstitute with100mM NaHCO3, 500mM sodium chloride (pH 8.3) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0mg/ml. Do not vortex.
