Recombinant protein corresponding to Glu19~Ile249 from human Eukaryotic Short Palate, Lung And Nasal Epithelium Carcinoma Associated Protein 2, with a N-terminal His-Tag, expressed in 293F cells. Molecular Weight: ~26.6kD Applications: Suitable for use as a positive control, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Supplied as a lyophilized powder in PBS, pH 7.4, 0.01% SKL, 1mM DTT, 5% trehalose, Proclin300. Reconstitute with sterile 10mM PBS, pH 7.4 to 0.1-1mg/ml. Do not vortex.
