Dilute in 150mM sodium chloride. Storage and Stability: Thaw quickly, in a 37C water bath, removing as soon as thawed Store at 4C for up to one week. Dilute with 0.15M sodium chloride. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -70C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
