Product Description

Reversible inositol hexakisphosphate kinase (IP6K) inhibitor (IC50 = 0.47um for inhibition of InsP7 formation). Also inhibits inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate 3-kinase (IP3K) (IC50 = 10.2um). Binds to the ATP binding site of IP3K (Ki = 4.3um). Sequence: C20H16F3N7O2 Solubility: DMSO (~100mM), Ethanol (~25mM) Molecular Weight: ~443.38 Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer or ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
