Control Peptide for 150531. Synthetic peptide corresponding to 13aa from near the internal region of HIWI. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Antibody Blocking. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Antibody Blocking: Used for blocking the activity of 150531. Blocking the antibody activity completely is achieved by incubating the peptide with equal volume of 150531 for 20 minutes at 37°C. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
