Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) BioAssay(TM) ELISA Kit (Rat) employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. An antibody specific for Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) has been pre-coated onto a microplate. A competitive inhibition reaction is launched between Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) labeled Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) and unlabeled Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) (Standards or samples) with the pre-coated antibody specific for Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH). After incubation the unbound conjugate is washed off. The amount of bound HRP conjugate is reverse proportional to the concentration of Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) in the sample. After addition of the substrate solution, the intensity of color developed is reverse proportional to the concentration of Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) in the sample. Detection Range: 123.46-10000pg/ml Sensitivity: <46.7pg/ml Sample Matrix: Serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Cross Reactivity: This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH). No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) and analogues was observed. Stability: The stability of kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition. To minimize extra influence on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, incubator temperature should be strictly controlled. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same operator from the beginning to the end. Storage and Stability: Desiccation recommended. The Standard, Detection Reagent A, Detection Reagent B and the 96-well strip plate should be stored at -20C upon receipt. Store all other reagents at 4C. Stable for 6 months after receipt of order.
