Source: Recombinant Mouse from E. coli Accession No: P35441 Fragment: Phe957~Lys1129 (Accession No: P35441) Sequence: MGHHHHHHSGSEF- FRRF QMIPLDPKGT SQNDPNWVVR HQGKELVQTV NCDPGLAVGY DEFNAVDFSG TFFINTERDD DYAGFVFGYQ SSSRFYVVMW KQVTQSYWDT NPTRAQGYSG LSVKVVNSTT GPGEHLRNAL WHTGNTPGQV RTLWHDPRHI GWKDFTAYRW RLSHRPKTGY IRVVMYEGK Epitope Tag: N-terminal His-Tag Molecular Weight: 21.6kD Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -70C. Reconstitute with sterile sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -70C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Thermal stability is described by the loss rate of the target protein. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation by incubating the protein at 37C for 48h, with no obvious degradation or precipitation observed. Protein loss is <5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions.
Supplied as lyophilized powder from 100mM sodium bicarbonate, 500mM sodium chloride, pH 8.3, 1mM EDTA, 1mM DTT, 0.01% sarcosyl, 5% trehalose, 0.05% Proclin 300. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O to a concentration of 0.1-1mg/ml. Do not vortex.
