CDCP1, Human, BioAssay(TM) ELISA Kit is designed for the analysis of cell culture supernates. Other sample types, such as serum and plasma, need to be validated prior to use in this kit. Each kit contains sufficient materials to run ELISAs on approximately 15x96-well plates, provided that the following conditions are met: the assay is run as summarized in the General ELISA protocol, the recommended microplates, buffers, diluents, substrates, and solutions are used. Intended Use: CDCP1 BioAssay(TM) ELISA Development Kit contains the basic components required for the development of sandwich ELISAs to measure natural and recombinant human CUB Domain Containing Protein 1 (CDCP1). Kit is designed for the analysis of cell culture supernates. Other sample types, such as serum and plasma, need to be validated prior to use. Range: ~62.5-4000pg/ml Kit Components: 1.
