Product Description

NADPH oxidase inhibitor, autophagy inhibitor, anti-inflammatory. Hydroxychloroquine sulfate has been used: as an inhibitor of autophagy to treat cells for apoptosis assay to study the role of pirarubicin induced autophagy in bladder cancer cell line to evaluate the antiviral mechanism of hydroxychloroquine against DENV-2 (dengue virus-2) infection by immunofluorescence assay to inhibit lysosome fusion with the autophagosome for treating rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus. as an anti-inflammatory (via TNF), disease-modifying antirheumatic drug (DMARD), and a heme polymerase inhibitor. It is used as a malaria treatment.
