CD39 (also called ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase-1 (ENTPD1)), which is an integral membrane protein with an extracellular active site. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:500-2000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
