Immunogen:
Recombinant protein corresponding to mouse Kininogen.
Kininogen (also called alpha2-thiol proteinase inhibitor), which is a multi-function protein. There are two alternatively spliced forms, designated as the high molecular weight (HMW) and low MW (LMW) forms. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000-2000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
