Cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 3, also known CDKN3, belongs to the dual specificity protein phosphatase family. It was identified as a cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor, and has been shown to interact with, and dephosphorylate CDK2 kinase, thus prevent the activation of CDK2 kinase. Also CDKN3 is important in cell cycle regulation. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-212 of human CDKN3, fused to His-tag at N-terminal expressed in E. coli.
