Broad-Range Protein Marker-2 consists of eight precisely sized recombinant proteins (M.W. 150, 100, 70, 50, 35, 25, 20, 15 kD). Applications: Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: SDS-PAGE: use 5ul/lane and need not heat before use Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
