Blocking Peptide for 350448 (rabbit anti-human IL4I1 antibody). Peptide Sequence: Amino acids 411-422 of human IL4I1, UniProt Accession Q96RQ9, with added Cysteine at the N-terminus Applications: Suitable for use as blocking peptide for antibody 350448. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
