Purified human IgG3 may be used as a reference antigen, calibrator, coating protein and blocking agent in a variety of immunoassays including immunodiffusion, immuno- electrophoresis, ELISA, Western blotting, dot-immunobinding assays (DIBA), hemagglutination, and cell-binding assays. Quality control tested by ELISA to ensure reactivity with anti-human IgG3 and lambda antibodies and minimal reactivity with anti-human IgG1, IgG2, IgG4, IgA, IgD, IgE, IgM and kappa antibodies. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1ug/ml Since applications vary, optimal dilution for the particular application must be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store at 4C. Do not freeze. Stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
