Sensitivity: 0.1ppb Range: 0.1-8.1ppb Precision: Intra-assay: CV%<10% Inter-assay: CV%<10% Test Principle: This BioAssay(TM) employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. The coupling antigen is pre-coated on the micro-well stripes. Then the Dexamethasone in the sample and the coupling antigen pre-coated on the micro-well stripes compete for the anti-Dexamethasone antibody. A substrate solution is added to the wells and the color develops in opposite to the amount of Dexamethasone in the standards or samples. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
