HMT Assay Buffer 2 is optimized for assaying EZH1, EZH2, PRMT1, PRMT3, and PRMT5. This buffer is designed for direct activity chemiluminescent assays. Applications: Suitable for studying enzyme kinetics, and screening small molecular inhibitors of histone methyltransferases for HTS applications in drug discovery Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
