Porcine Luteinizing Hormone is a glycosylated, polypeptide chain which stimulates maturation of follicle, induces ovulation, accelerates formation of corpus luteum and secretion of pregnanolone. Porcine Luteinizing Hormone delays ovulation and ovarian cyst. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Reconstitute with ddH2O. For long term storage, add HSA or BSA to 0.1% concentration. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
