Product Description

2,2,2-Trichloroethyl Chloroformate is a general reagent for the demethylation of tertiary methylamines. It is used as a reagent in the synthesis of a series of piperazine ureas as fatty acid amide hydrolase inhibitors and analgesics. Also used as a reagent in the synthesis of pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine derivatives as GPR119 agonists.
