Product Description

Lithium Acetylide-ethylenediamine is used to prepare analogs of tamoxifen with improved calmodulin antagonism and breast cancer-inhibiting activities. It is also used in the synthesis of piperidino-hydrocarbon compdounds as novel non-imidazole histamine H3-receptor antagonists.
