Synthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminal region of Human AKAP8L
AKAP8L could play a role in constitutive transport element (CTE)-mediated gene expression. It does not seem to be implicated in the binding of regulatory subunit II of PKA. It may be involved in nuclear envelope breakdown and chromatin condensation. It may regulate the initiation phase of DNA replication when associated with TMPO-beta. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
