| Zap70 is a tyrosine kinase that plays an essential role in regulation of the adaptive immune response. Zap70 regulates motility, adhesion and cytokine expression of mature T cells, as well as thymocyte development. Zap70 contributes also to the development and activation of primary B lymphocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. |
