Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-56 (X27S,X28S,X29S) from Vaccinia virus (strain L-IVP) Envelope protein H3, fused to 6X His-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in E. coli. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
