This recombinant antibody was prepared by cloning the single chain fragment (scFv) derived from the murine anti-human CD64 mAb m22 into the bacterial expression vector pBM1.1, and fusing it to a deletion mutant of Pseudomonas exotoxin A (ETA??).
Recombinant monoclonal antibody to CD64. Manufactured using Recombinant Platform with variable regions (i.e. specificity) from the hybridoma H22. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
