Affinity purified Succinylated Concanavalin A Lectin (Succ Con A) is immobilized to Agarose following CNBr coupling. The final product is stabilized in a buffer to retain maximum activity. Source: Jackbean Blood Specificity: None Sugar Specificity: alpha-Mannose, alpha-Glucose Conjugate Specificity: Agarose Beads Inhibitory Carbohydrate: alpha-Methylmannoside + alpha-Methylglucoside Divalent Ions: Ca++, Mn++ Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
