Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa21-192 from human CD27, fused at the C-terminus of the Fc portion of Human IgG1 and a C-terminal Avi-Tag, expressed in a HEK293 cells. Molecular Weight: ~48kD Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
