Product Description

Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa23-128 from human CD28H, fused at the C-terminus to the Fc portion of human IgG1 fused and with a C-terminal Avi-Tag, expressed in HEK293 cells. Molecular Weight: ~40kD Applications: Suitable for the use in study of protein binding and for screening small molecules and antibodies. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
