Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa43-300 from human CD38, fused to His-Tag, expressed in HEK293 cells. Molecular Weight: ~31kD Applications: Suitable for the use in study of protein binding and for screening small molecules and antibodies. Other applications not tested. Assay Conditions: Add CD38 enzyme to 50ul reaction mix containing NGD + (Nicotinamide Guanine Dinucleotide). Incubate 4 min at room temperature. Read fluorescence (delta exc = 300nm, delta em = 410nm). Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
