Recombinant protein corresponding to aa19-139 from human CD47, fused to Avi-Tag at C-terminal, fused to Fc human IgG1, expressed in a HEK293 cells. The purified protein (40kD) was covalently labeled by streptavidin (~13kD). Molecular Weight: ~13kD Applications: Suitable for the use in study of positive control for Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
