Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa39-193 from human CD70, fused to His-Avi-Tag at N-terminal, expressed in HEK293 cells. Molecular Weight: ~20kD Assay Conditions: Assay was performed according to CD27 [B] enzyme titrated from 600ng/rxn-0ng/rxn. Applications: Suitable for use in the study of protein binding and for screening small molecules and antibodies. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
