Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa27-547 from human CD73, fused to Avi-His-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in HEK293 cells. Molecular Weight: ~61kD Applications: Suitable for the use in study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. Other applications not tested. Assay Conditions: Assay was done in 50ul assay buffer containing 25mM Tris, pH 7.4, 5mM MgCl2 and 100uM AMP for 15 min at 37C. Phosphate standard solution was run side-by-side for product quantification. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
