Product Description

Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa2-403 from human CD73, fused to His-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in HEK293 cells. Molecular Weight: ~58.6kD Assay Conditions: Assay was done in 50uL assay buffer containing 25mM Tris, pH 7.4, 5mM MgCl2 and 100uM AMP for 12 min at 37 C. Inorganic phosphate produced was measured using Biomol Green reagent. Applications: Suitable for use in the study of enzyme kinetics, substrate specificity, and screening inhibitors. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
