Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa29-549 from mouse CD73, fused to Avi-His-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in HEK293 cells. Molecular Weight: ~61kD Applications: Suitable for the use in study of enzyme kinetics, substrate specificity, and screening inhibitors. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
