Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa18-286 from human CRTAM, fused to the Fc region of human IgG1 and with a C-terminal Avi-Tag, expressed in HEK293 cells. Applications: Suitable for use as an antagonist to block PD-L1 signaling and binding to PD-1 in biochemical assays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Assay Conditions: Anti-PD-L1-Biotin was titrated from 0-50nM with a 2-fold dilution series in presence of 100 nM PD-L1-FLAG and incubated for 1 hour at RT. Binding was detected with Anti-FLAG-Eu and Streptavidin APC. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
