Product Description

Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa23-312 from human FGL1, fused at the C terminus to the Fc portion of human IgG1 and with a C-terminal Avi-Tag, expressed in HEK293 cells. Molecular Weight: ~63kD Assay Conditions: FGL1-biotin was titrated from 0 to 160nM with a 2-fold dilution series in presence of 0 and 400ng/well of immobilized LAG3-His and incubated for 1 hour at RT. Binding was detected with Streptavidin-HRP and ELISA ECL Substrate. Applications: Suitable for use in the study of protein binding and screening small molecules. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
