Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa2-407 from mouse IDO2, fused to His-Tag at N-terminal, expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~46kD Applications: Suitable for the use in study of enzyme kinetics, substrate specificity, and screening inhibitors. Other applications not tested. Assay Conditions: Assay was performed following the protocol using varying concentrations of IDO2. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
