Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa100-330 from the Fc region of human immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1), expressed in HEK293 cells. Molecular Weight: ~27kD Applications: Suitable for the use in study of isotype control for studies using human IgG1 antibodies. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
