Product Description

Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa33-320 from human IL-17RA, fused at the C-terminus to the Fc portion of human IgG1 and with a C-terminal Avi-Tag, expressed in HEK293 cells. Molecular Weight: ~62kD Assay Conditions: 100ng of IL-17A was coated onto a 96-well plate overnight. The indicated amount of IL- 17RA, Biotin was added in IL-17 Assay Buffer and allowed to incubate at room temperature for 2 hr. Strep-HRP was added, followed by chemiluminescent substrate and detection. Applications: Suitable for use in study of protein function and protein-protein interaction. Other applications not tested. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
