Recombinant protein corresponding to aa22-242 from human KIR2DL1, fused to Fc region of Human IgG1 and with a C-terminal Avi-Tag, expressed in a HEK293 cells. Molecular Weight: ~52kD Applications: Suitable for use in the study as an antigen and in protein binding studies. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
