Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa22-245 from human KIR2DL1, fused to Fc region of Human IgG1 and with a C-terminal Avi-Tag, expressed in a HEK293 cells. Molecular Weight: ~53kD Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
