Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa23-442 from mouse LAG3, fused to the Fc region of human IgG1 and with a C-terminal Avi-His-Tag, expressed in a HEK293 cells. Molecular Weight: ~74kD Applications: Suitable for the use in study of protein binding and screening small molecules. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
