Product Description

Low Density Glyoxal 4, Fine allows a covalent binding of agarose to lysine amino groups. The resin has a low content of aldehydes groups (15- 25umoles Glyoxal/ml gel) providing a minimum distortion of conjugated affinity ligand. The resin has been manufactured using 4% Fine agarose beads, because of this the pore size is adequate to work with enzymes, proteins & antibodies and the bead size is adequate to manufacture resins for packing cartridges. Bead Geometry & Size: Spherical, Fine: ~20-50um Description: High Flow. Minimum distortion of immobilized ligand.
