Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-164 from human protein tyrosine phosphatase type IVA 2 protein.
Protein tyrosine phosphatase which stimulates progression from G1 into S phase during mitosis. Promotes tumors. Inhibits geranylgeranyl transferase type II activity by blocking the association between RABGGTA and RABGGTB. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: 1:200-1:500 Immunofluorescence: 1:50-1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
